HOUSTON (September 2, 2014) - Victory Packaging, the leading full-service North American packaging solutions company, today announced the acquisition of Dallas-based Mover’s Equipment Services Incorporated (MESI). This acquisition marks the third deal of 2014 for Victory Packaging.
MESI is privately owned by Michael, Brian and Troy Tennyson and was founded in Dallas in 1997 with the commitment to supplying quality products with superior customer service fueling the growth of the company. MESI employs 44 professional and technical personnel who have a broad range of skills, expertise and experience.
The MESI acquisition will allow Victory Packaging to grow in the Dallas, St. Louis, Kansas City and El Paso markets where MESI currently has locations, as well as other markets served by MESI. The acquisition will be consolidated into Victory Packaging under the Victory Packaging name as of that date.
