HOUSTON (March 10, 2016) Victory Packaging is pleased to announce an expanded presence in the Chicago area with its new warehouse and distribution center, scheduled to open in April 2016. The new 275,000-square-foot structure will be located at 1405 Sequoia Drive in Aurora, Illinois, and represents a 37% larger, more strategically located facility. Today’s announcement underscores Victory Packaging’s ongoing pledge to the Chicago community, the company’s customers and its employees.
“We’re growing and committed to Chicago,” says Robert Egan, Co-President of Victory Packaging. “We’ve been here for 19 years with 30 employees today who serve 500 customers in a variety of industries. This new facility will enable us to better meet their needs as we continue to help improve their profitability with our packaging solutions.”
Seasoned industry veterans Scott Besen, General Manager, and Tim Milet, Sales Manager, oversee Operations and Sales. Under their leadership, the Chicago branch, one of Victory Packaging’s largest locations, serves customers through key services including vendor managed inventory, fulfillment, engineering and design, flexible packaging, equipment and automation, and total cost optimization.
